Delivery and Return Policy
These regulations determine the terms of delivery and return of SIA Amber Cloud goods for all purchases made in the online store www.ekokrasas.lv .
1. DELIVERY1.1. Delivery options:
- Omniva parcels : Delivery to the Omniva parcel chosen by the Buyer - 2.99 EUR.
- Courier : Delivery by courier - from 5.99 EUR. Exact shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the location of the delivery address.
1.2. Delivery times: Usually, goods are delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of receipt of full payment. The Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances by notifying the Buyer in a timely manner. However, the total delivery period may not exceed 30 calendar days, unless another period is agreed upon.
1.3. Obligations of the buyer during delivery:
- Buyer must provide accurate shipping address and contact information to ensure successful delivery.
- Upon receiving the product, the Buyer is obliged to visually assess the packaging of the product. If the package is damaged, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods and immediately inform the Seller.
1.4. Delivery delays: Amber Cloud Ltd. is not responsible for delays related to the actions of courier service providers or circumstances beyond the Seller's control. If the delivery is delayed for more than 30 calendar days, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract and demand a refund for the non-provided services or goods.
1.5. Unaccepted delivery: If the product is not accepted at the time of delivery due to the fault of the Buyer (incorrect address, failure to present identity document, etc.), SIA Amber Cloud has the right to request compensation from the Buyer for re-delivery.
2. RETURN OF GOODS2.1. Right of withdrawal: According to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. During this period, the Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product.
2.2. Conditions for returning the product:
- The product must be unused, complete and in undamaged original packaging.
- Cans and packages must not be opened or damaged, otherwise the product cannot be returned.
- The buyer must complete a return application form and obtain a Product Return Number (PAN) before sending the product back.
2.3. Return process:
- The goods can be sent back using Omniva parcels, Latvijas Posta or another courier service of the Buyer's choice.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the item is damaged or does not match the order.
2.4. Refund: Once the returned item has been received and checked, SIA Amber Cloud returns the money within 14 days to the bank account specified by the Buyer. Refunds are made for goods only, excluding shipping costs, unless the goods have been damaged or do not match the order.
2.5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- The right of refusal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are adapted to the Buyer's needs.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is damaged due to improper use by the Buyer or has lost its original appearance and quality.
3.1. If the Buyer receives a product that is damaged, of poor quality or does not match the order, the Buyer has the right to return it or request its exchange for a new product.
3.2. Deadline for reporting damages: The Buyer must notify the Seller of damages or non-compliance within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods by contacting the customer support service at info@ekokrasas.lv or by calling +371 286 862 84.
3.3. Warranty service: Claims about product quality are handled in accordance with Latvian Consumer Rights Protection norms. SIA Amber Cloud does not guarantee the compliance of the product with any special wishes or purposes of use of the Buyer, unless it is clearly stated in the description of the product.
4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY4.1. The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy , which are available on the website www.ekokrasas.lv . Personal data obtained during the process of placing an order and returning it is used only to ensure this process.
4.2. Personal data may be transferred to third parties (for example, courier service providers) to ensure the delivery or return of goods.
5. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES5.1. All disputes arising in connection with these terms of delivery and returns shall be resolved by mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
