What is Allbäck Linseed Soap?

Allbäck linseed soap is made from cold-pressed and purified linseed oil. This is a 100% natural product, containing no chemical additives.

Allbäck linseed soap can be used for cleaning all types of surfaces as well as for daily personal hygiene, such as hand washing. The soap has a pH value of approximately 10.

The soap has a soothing effect on minor wounds and does not irritate the skin. After washing a surface with linseed soap, a very thin layer of linseed oil remains, creating a natural barrier for added protection.

Application

Linseed soap can be used for cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, washing floors and various surfaces—walls, furniture, tables, etc. The soap is suitable for cleaning wood, stone, and plastic surfaces. It’s also ideal for washing brushes after painting with linseed oil paints.

Linseed soap can also be used to remove stains from fabrics. Rub undiluted linseed soap into the fabric, let it sit for a while, then rinse with water or wash in the washing machine.

❗ Linseed soap is not suitable for use in dishwashers and is not recommended for cleaning glass (windows).

Preparation

Add approximately 100 ml of soap to a bucket of water. For particularly dirty surfaces, the amount of soap can be increased as needed.
